The quiet has been one of the scariest places I could allow myself to occupy…
Life truly begins when you become aware of your values & beliefs and begin to live a life that reflects them with integrity.
Over the last 4 years, I have been on a journey to find the answer the question, “Who am I?” Sure, I can easily answer I am a wife, momma, Christian, Crohn’s warrior, artist and many more but many of those are titles or results of circumstances. I am more than a title and I want to truly know WHO I AM.
My experiences with life and a chronic illness have walked me down the path of thankfulness, healthy living, and intention. I have also been blessed to have God direct many paths over the last few years and I am now fully living within my purpose which is sharing my journey, how I am working to heal from the past, and finding joy in every circumstance.
I hope by sharing my own journey, you will find similarities in our paths. You’ll find me often sharing about resources that are helping me and may also help you answer your own “Who am I?”
